Built by Trucking Insurance Veterans. Built for Agents Who Know the Difference.

Partnersure is a specialty wholesale brokerage focused entirely on commercial trucking and transportation — not a generalist shop that added a trucking program to fill out a brochure.

Why We Started Partnersure

There's a version of wholesale that retail agents know too well: a portal, a submission email, a quote that comes back wrong, and nobody who actually understands the risk on the other end of the phone. We've watched that model frustrate good agents and underserve good clients for years.

Partnersure exists because we believed the market deserved a different option. A wholesale partner with real transportation depth, selective appointments, and the kind of ongoing support that makes appointed agents more competitive — not just better-supplied.

We're headquartered in Houston, TX, and licensed to write business nationwide. Every account we place is on an E&S, surplus lines basis. That's not a footnote for us — it's the foundation of how we operate.

Decades of Experience Behind a New Name

The company is new. The people behind it are not.

Our founding team brings 50 to 100-plus combined years of commercial trucking and transportation insurance experience — spanning hard market cycles, program development, wholesale underwriting, and retail agency partnerships across the country. We've seen the loads that don't fit standard markets, the losses that test a program, and the conditions that separate durable coverage from paper policies.

That history is what makes our programs work and what makes our guidance useful when a submission gets complicated.

  • 50–100+ combined years of transportation insurance industry experience across the founding team
  • Backgrounds in wholesale underwriting, program development, and retail agency partnerships
  • Active across multiple hard market cycles in commercial trucking
  • Wholesale-only, trucking-only focus — transportation insurance is the entire business, not a department within it
  • E&S and surplus lines placement across all 50 states

What Our Appointment Philosophy Actually Means

We're selective about who we appoint, and we're transparent about why.

Partnersure works with retail agencies that carry approximately 80% transportation-focused premium volume. That threshold isn't a gatekeeping exercise — it's how we ensure that the agents we work with have the foundation to use what we bring to the table. An agency that writes trucking occasionally doesn't benefit from our programs the same way a transportation-focused agency does.

We also structure appointments so that our agents don't compete against each other through us. Our regional appointment model is designed to give appointed agencies real market access, not a crowded channel where everyone is quoting the same programs against each other.

When you get appointed with Partnersure, you get a partner — not just an access code.

A Partner,

Not a Portal

The transactional wholesale model — submit, wait, receive quote, repeat — works fine until something goes wrong or gets complicated. Then you find out fast whether your wholesaler actually knows the business.

Our model is built around the opposite assumption: that the most valuable thing we can offer appointed agents isn't just market access, it's the ability to work through hard submissions together, present to clients with confidence, and grow a transportation book strategically over time.

That means agent education, help with client presentations, and strategic guidance from people who have spent careers in this vertical. It means we pick up the phone. It means the relationship doesn't end at appointment.

What We Write — and What We Don't

Partnersure places commercial trucking insurance on an E&S basis across five core coverage lines: excess liability, auto physical damage, motor truck cargo, and proprietary and semi-exclusive trucking programs. Auto liability coverage is coming soon.

We do not write personal lines. We do not write general commercial property. We do not dabble in transportation as one vertical among many. If a risk isn't in the trucking and transportation space, it isn't something we handle — and we'll tell you that upfront rather than waste your time.

That focus is what lets us go deeper on the risks we do write than a generalist wholesale broker ever could.

Frequently Asked Questions About Partnersure

  • Is Partnersure a new company?

Yes — Partnersure is a new wholesale brokerage. The team behind it is not new to the industry. Our founders bring 50 to 100-plus combined years of commercial trucking and transportation insurance experience, including wholesale underwriting, program development, and agency partnerships across multiple market cycles.

  • Where is Partnersure licensed to write business?

We are headquartered in Houston, TX, and write business on an E&S surplus lines basis in all 50 states.

  • Does Partnersure work with retail agents who only write some trucking?

Our appointment process is designed for agencies with approximately 80% transportation-focused premium volume. Agencies with a lighter trucking mix may not be the right fit for the programs and support structure we offer — and we'd rather be honest about that upfront than set up a relationship that doesn't serve either party well.

  • What makes Partnersure different from other wholesale trucking brokers?

Three things distinguish us consistently: trucking-only focus with no generalist dilution, proprietary and semi-exclusive programs that aren't available at larger wholesale shops, and a non-overlapping regional appointment structure that gives our agents real market position rather than a crowded channel.

  • Is Partnersure a specialty E&S brokerage?

Yes. All coverage placed through Partnersure is on an E&S, non-admitted basis. That's core to how we operate and how we access the program markets we work with.
